Press Release: Colly Company Oy Ab (Finland) merges into YTM-Industrial Oy

The aim of the merger is to strengthen our position as one of the Finland’s leading industrial and process technology trade and after sales companies. The merger will enable mutual synergies in terms of support functions, more comprehensive expertise in sales and service as well as wider product range.

Both companies will have wider access to resources and expertise, which will enable us to have a stronger position in the market and strengthen our service capabilities. Additionally, the merge will make YTM-Industrial a stronger partner to our supplier partners.

Colly Company is especially known for its industrial filtration technology solutions, which are seamlessly linked to the current product portfolio of YTM-Industrial such as process technology solutions, measurement technology and lubrication. The merger is therefore positive news for the stakeholders of both companies.

The entire staff of Colly Company will continue as former employees at YTM-Industrial. The new filtration team will be focusing particularly on sales and marketing of Pall world leading filtration products. In addition, in the future YTM-Industrial will also represent WEH®, Straub, Saint-Gobain, UltraPure International, Azud, Durbal, Latty, Sartorius, Bühler, EM-Technik, Ultra Clean® and Kest Technology products.

The merger is expected to be smooth as we have been operating in the same address and business premises for several years. We will retain Colly Company as brand name of the company. Staff phone numbers will remain the same. Email addresses will change to @ytm.fi, but the old emails will also work during the transition period.
